Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan a code or tap a link, and it opens straight in their phone's browser.
Who owns the photos?
You do, completely. I'm just the middleman getting them off your guests' phones and into a gallery for you.
When do I actually get my gallery?
Within 2 days of your wedding. I pull everything your guests uploaded, put it together properly, and send it straight to you. If you can, ask your guests to get their photos loaded in by midday the day after the wedding — it just makes sure everyone's included before I pull it all together.
What if someone uploads after I've already sent my gallery?
No drama — just message me and I'll refresh everything and pull in whatever's been added since.
How long can guests keep uploading?
There's no hard cut-off — I'd just encourage guests to get everything in by midday the day after the wedding, so your gallery isn't missing anyone. Anything added after I've sent your gallery just needs a quick message from you and I'll pull it in.
Is it private?
Yes. Only people with your specific QR code or link can upload. It isn't public or searchable.
What happens to my guests' data?
I don't collect emails or phone numbers from your guests — just whatever name they type in, so you know who took what. Nothing is used for marketing, and nothing gets handed to anyone. See our Privacy Notice.
What do I actually get sent, and when?
Within 24 hours of ordering, you'll get a QR pack by email: a ready-to-print, branded QR card, plus the plain QR code file on its own in case you'd rather design your own card in Canva. If you do design your own — don't stretch, recolour, or shrink the QR code pattern itself, or guests' phones may not be able to scan it.
