Family Photography Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly marked on the voucher.
Redemption: To redeem this voucher, please contact Captured by Chris at info@capturedychris.co.uk to schedule your photography session. Advance booking is required and your date subject to availability feel free to reach out before you book this voucher.
Session Details: The voucher covers a family photography session for up to 10 family members. This includes access to a digital online gallery and 10 digital photographs from the session where any further photographer can be puchased for £25 each, or £180 for the rest of the gallery.
Additional Costs: Additional family members can be included in the session at a cost of £25 per person. Please inform us at the time of booking if more than 10 family members will be participating.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Non-Refundable This voucher is non-refundable however it is transferable so feel free to gift it to who ever you want, Just make sure it is used by the expiry date. . It cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or products.
Travel and Location: The session location should be within a 35 mile radius of Brockworth, Gloucester.
Photo Delivery: The final photographs will be delivered within 14 days following the photography session.
Rights and Usage: The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the photographs. Captured by Chris reserves the right to use any photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability: [Your Business Name] is not liable for any injury or damage occurring during the photography session. Participation in the session is at the clients' own risk.
Changes to Terms: Captured by Chris reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the validity or value of the voucher.
