Wedding near the Berkshire border at Warbrook House
Captured by Chris · Covering Berkshire

Berkshire wedding photographer.
Relaxed, documentary, real.

Natural, unposed wedding photography and film across Berkshire, from Reading and Wokingham to Newbury, Windsor and the villages in between.

A regular patch

Reading and Berkshire are
a second home patch.

I'm based just outside Gloucester, but Reading and the rest of Berkshire have become one of my busiest areas. I've photographed weddings at Ufton Court, The Old Mill near Reading, Wasing Park and Stokes Farm Barn in Wokingham, so I know how these venues work and where the light is best.

My style is simple: a friendly face who blends in, catches the real moments and keeps the group photos quick.

Where I cover

All over Berkshire.

Reading

Riverside venues, country estates and Tudor manor houses.

Wokingham

Barn venues and countryside weddings.

Newbury & Thatcham

Country estates on the edge of the North Wessex Downs.

Windsor & Maidenhead

Thames-side hotels and the castle town.

Bracknell & Ascot

Country hotels and garden weddings.

And beyond

Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Gloucestershire, with no travel fees anywhere in England and Wales.

How I work

Your day, not a photoshoot.

Most of your gallery will be real moments: the nerves, the laughs, the tears in the front row and the chaos on the dancefloor. I'll take you away for a short portrait session when the light is good, then hand you back to your guests.

Good to know

Berkshire wedding questions.

Do you charge travel to Berkshire?

No. There are no travel fees anywhere in England and Wales, so a Reading or Newbury wedding costs exactly the same as one down the road from me.

Do you photograph register office weddings?

Yes, I love them. Custom Hours starts at £550 for two hours, which is perfect for a register office ceremony and a few portraits before the meal.

How far ahead should we book?

Most couples book 12 to 18 months out, and Saturdays from May to September go first. Midweek and winter dates are often available at shorter notice, so it's always worth asking.

Can you film our wedding as well?

Yes. The Storyteller package covers photos and a highlight film, or you can add a highlight film to shorter days. Same documentary style, just me working quietly with a couple of cameras.
